On Monday, First Lady Melania Trump rolled out her “Be Best” initiative, which is intended to support the wellbeing of children in America.
“As a mother and as first lady, it concerns me that in today’s fast-paced and ever-connected world, children can be less prepared to express or manage their emotions and oftentimes turn to forms of destructive or addictive behavior such as bullying, drug addiction or even suicide,” she said during an event at the White House.
Thank you to all who attended yesterday’s launch of #BeBest. I will continue focusing on ways to help children be their best selves. Please visit https://t.co/npPChhBGPT to learn more! pic.twitter.com/dMsSJHgMBs

The first lady added, “I feel strongly that as adults we can and should be best at educating our children about the importance of a healthy and balanced life.”

What an awesome way for the first lady to get involved in policy.
Watch her full speech below:
You might think it would be difficult to criticize Melania Trump for her efforts — but her liberal critics found a way to do exactly that. The bullying online, some of which mocked her accent, was relentless.
Dear Everyone in the Media,
We’re trying to have a society here, and iIf would you stop normalizing stealing—that would be a huge boost.

A few pointers if the Trumps really want to Be Best:
1. Don’t steal the presidency.
2. Don’t steal the presidency with Russia’s help.
3. Don’t lie about how you didn’t steal the presidency.
4. Don’t obstruct justice to hide how you stole the presidency.#BeBest

#BeBest – When your husband is an erratic whack job who tweets crazy shit and actually puts the country in danger and you take the time as First Lady to question a photo of a comic holding a halloween mask and ketchup. https://t.co/xVXM0s1YVD

When Melania says #BeBest, she means “Be best like me. I came here on a genius visa. Look how I par-LAID my genius. I’m the First Lady, and you’re not.” This is NOT my First Lady, just sayin.
