The presidential couple were spotted at Bethesda-by-the-Sea Episcopal church, the same house of worship where Trump married his bride in 2005.
Even though the president was there for Easter, it didn’t stop reporters from questioning Trump about his recent tweets on the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.
Trump reportedly stopped and answered, saying the Democrats had a chance to strike an immigration deal but they “blew it.”
“They had a great, great chance,” Trump told reporters. “But we’ll have to take a look. But Mexico has got to help us at the border. They flow right through Mexico. They send them into the United States. Can’t happen that way anymore.”

Earlier on Sunday morning, Trump told Democrats that there is no longer a DACA deal and ordered Republicans to pass legislation strengthening border security in a series of tweets.
“Border Patrol Agents are not allowed to properly do their job at the Border because of ridiculous liberal (Democrat) laws like Catch & Release. Getting more dangerous. ‘Caravans’ coming,” Trump tweeted. “Republicans must go to Nuclear Option to pass tough laws NOW. NO MORE DACA DEAL!”
Even though Easter Sunday quickly turned political for President Trump, his first tweet of the day had an important message.

“Happy Easter!” he tweeted.
Remember, today, he is RISEN!
