Trump Drops Hammer on Dems in Furious Easter Rant, Pulls Deal: ‘NO MORE DACA DEAL!’

Hours after President Donald Trump wished Americans a happy Easter on Sunday, he told Democrats that a DACA deal was now off the table until something is done to strengthen border security.

“Border Patrol Agents are not allowed to properly do their job at the Border because of ridiculous liberal (Democrat) laws like Catch & Release. Getting more dangerous. “Caravans” coming,” Trump tweeted. “Republicans must go to Nuclear Option to pass tough laws NOW. NO MORE DACA DEAL!”

Trump also threatened to cut NAFTA funding to Mexico because they are “doing very little, if not NOTHING” to stop the flow of illegal immigrants from Mexico to the United States.

“Mexico is doing very little, if not NOTHING, at stopping people from flowing into Mexico through their Southern Border, and then into the U.S. They laugh at our dumb immigration laws,” the president tweeted. “They must stop the big drug and people flows, or I will stop their cash cow, NAFTA. NEED WALL!”

He added, “These big flows of people are all trying to take advantage of DACA. They want in on the act!”

The tough talk from Trump on Sunday marks a change in strategy on behalf of the White House. Previously, Trump told DACA recipients that Congress would get something done to address the millions young immigrants covered by the Obama-era program. Now, it seems Trump wants the border to be secured first before new DACA legislation is passed.
